Ramona Hyson, CPM, founder of Diverse Housing Services Inc. serves as the President, and Treasurer. Ms. Hyson is also the founder of Nelson & Associates, Inc. a woman and minority owned professional real estate firm created in Ohio in 1987. She has a master’s degree in Governmental Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and has achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a licensed Ohio and Florida Real Estate Broker and serves on the board of the Florida Council for Affordable and Rural Housing.
Gregory Hyson, (serves as the Executive Director of Diverse Housing Services, Inc. Mr. Hyson has been active in the affordable housing industry for more than 40 years. His experience reflects a wide range of housing finance, real estate development and property management expertise.
Tawana Shaw, CPM, is on the Board and serves as the Secretary. Ms. Shaw has a B.S. Degree in accounting from Xavier University and has achieved the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Ms. Shaw is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has extensive knowledge of various affordable housing programs.
John Nelson serves on the Board of Diverse Housing Services; Inc. Mr. Nelson has a B.A degree in Sociology from Wittenberg University and is experienced in the management of affordable housing.
